  • Inspection charges may apply if the customer decides not to proceed with the repair after diagnosis.

  • All costs will be clearly communicated before any repair is performed.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Service charges vary depending on the issue, brand, and parts required.

  • All payments must be made upon completion of service.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or mobile wallets (details shared during service).

5. Warranty & Guarantees

  • We offer a limited warranty on specific repairs and parts (usually ranging from 7 to 30 days).

  • The warranty covers only the parts repaired or replaced and is void if the item is mishandled or repaired by another technician.

  • Physical damage, water damage, or misuse is not covered under warranty.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Frequent last-minute cancellations may lead to service restrictions.
